Management transition

Effective Wednesday, July 15, 2026, Red Oak Management Co., Inc. is now handling all aspects of your tenancy, including rent collection, maintenance, and leasing. Your lease is still valid and fully enforced, including any late fees, unpaid utility payments, and other tenant requirements already in place. Below is everything you need to know about the transition, plus contact information for your property.

How to pay rent

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payments can be made by personal check or money order. Cash is not an accepted method of payment.

Online payments through AppFolio

An online payment option will soon be available through AppFolio. If you have an email address on file with management, you’ll receive an invitation to set up your account, where you can make payments and review charges and property information.

Don’t have an email on file? If you don’t receive an invitation by Monday, July 20, 2026 and would like access, contact your property using the number below and provide your email address.

Maintenance requests

  • Submit requests in writing using the Repair Request Form, available in the common areas of your complex
  • Or submit anytime through your AppFolio portal, under the Maintenance menu option
