We offer automatic rent payments via ACH (Automatic Clearing House)
ACH payments are popular because they are relatively quick, secure, and automatic, and they tend to cost less per transaction than the fees associated with paying for credit card processing. This service is available upon move-in and can be discontinued at anytime.
A maintenance emergency is something that, if it isn’t repaired immediately, could cause injury, threaten your health, or cause serious property damage. These things could include:
- A broken water line or flooding.
- Fire (call 911 first, then maintenance)
If you have a repair request for your unit, please fill out a repair request form and drop it in your site manager’s drop box anytime.
Repair request forms are located within designated areas of your property, and may include hallways, laundry rooms and or near the main leasing office.

Serious storm, fire or flood damage are all considered to be urgent repairs and should be handled quickly. If the repairs are not urgent, the tenant and the landlord should agree to a timetable for repairs.

Security Deposits are processed according to Michigan State Law
If you have questions on your Security Deposit Disbursement; send us a written letter. Please include the following in your letter:
- Full Name
- Old Community Name
- Old Account Number
- Move-out date
- Any concerns regarding a received security deposit that you believe was the wrong amount.
