Red Oak Management is committed to continuing serving the Michigan Affordable Housing Industry during this unprecedented time as an Essential Business. Below you will find some of the guidelines that have been put in place to help spread the COVID-19 virus and to protect all of our current & future residents, employees, vendors and owners.
Communication
Communication is essential to the day-to-day operations at not just our corporate office, but all of our properties as well. Phone calls, videoconferences, mailing, drop boxes, window service with a barrier and faxing will be the preferred methods of communication between all staff, residents, future residents, vendors and owners. If an in person meeting is required, PPE, a 6-foot distance and ventilation will be kept between all personnel.
Leasing Offices
Current and future residents are advised to avoid physically visiting the office if possible, as this is a preventive measure that will help both residents and the onsite staff to stem the spread. Residents/applicants may be asked to call first or use appointments. Emergency procedures have been posted at each location.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Face covers (masks) are requested within any common area of Red Oak Management properties, leasing office, and during any emergency maintenance visits.
All Red Oak Management Staff will continue to look to the recommendations of the State of Michigan as well as the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Thank you to everyone for helping prevent the spread of illness and for your patience during the pandemic.
