As part of our continued commitment to strengthening communities across Michigan, Red Oak Management Co., Inc. has been selected to assume management of Hartford Terrace Apartments in Muskegon, Michigan, effective March 15, 2026. Red Oak will work in direct partnership with the Muskegon Housing Commission to support the ongoing success of the community.
Hartford Terrace serves residents in the Muskegon area and plays an important role in providing stable, quality housing. In alignment with Red Oak’s mission to embrace and build community, our team will oversee day to day operations, regulatory compliance, and property maintenance to ensure residents experience a safe, well managed, and welcoming place to call home.
